4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
When you provide your phone number to book an appointment through Kattoc, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages related to your appointment. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

We send the following types of transactional SMS messages:
- Verification codes for phone-based authentication
- Booking confirmations when appointments are made
- Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment)
- Cancellation or rescheduling confirmations
Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Typically, you will receive 2-4 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminders, and any changes). Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or any mobile messaging opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is only shared with the specific barbershop where you book your appointment so they can contact you about your appointment if needed. Our SMS delivery partner (Twilio) processes messages on our behalf but does not use your data for any other purpose.
Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Kattoc. You can opt back in at any time by replying START.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

- With Shop Owners: Client booking information is shared with the shop where the appointment is made
